SignalFire Closes Two Funds, Totalling $500M

San Francisco, CA-based venture capital firm SignalFire raised a new pair of funds totaling $500M aimed at seed stage and early growth stage enterprise and consumer startups.

These include:
– $200M Fund III, and
– $300M Breakout Fund II.

Led by Chris Farmer, CEO, and founder, SignalFire is a hybrid venture capital firm leveraging a venture and operating team and large scale technology infrastructure to accelerate entrepreneurship from seed to scale. Its data platform is combined with a vast network of expert advisors covering pricing, growth marketing, competitive intelligence, organizational design, recruiting optimization, and one-on-one coaching for CEOs and functional leaders.
Now at 30 full-time staff, a network of 85+ advisors, SignalFire provides access to investment professionals from General Catalyst, Bessemer, Kleiner Perkins, Summit, Insight, and Andreesen Horowitz, as well as top engineers and data scientists from Google, Stanford, Stitch Fix, and Facebook.
SignalFire’s full-stack talent program includes a machine-learning platform that tracks more than half a trillion data points from two million data sources, from patents to academic publications, open-source contributions, company websites, financial filings and more. Additionally, talent programs provide guidance, founder and leadership coaching, as well as organizational planning, recruitment process optimization, and candidate assessments.
