Kore, an Alphareta, GA-based independent global IoT company, acquired Integron, a IoT solutions and managed services provider with a focus on the connected health market.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The combined entity will leverage connectivity, managed services, and asset/device management tools to bring ease and speed to IoT solution deployments.
