iGaming, SoftSwiss Acquires Estonian Kingswin

SoftSwiss, a tech company focused on iGaming, acquired Kingswin Online OÜ, an Estonian company holding the local remote gaming license.

The amount of the deal was not disclosed.

Kingswin is part of the SoftSwiss Group of companies, while Estonia becomes a new country where the acquiring company has established an official presence.

Operating under the Estonian license, Kingswin is an eGaming company running kingswin.com, an online casino powered by the same SoftSwiss platform since 2015 and hosting a large number of games from several software providers.
