EN Engineering, a Warrenville, Illinois-based utility services firm, acquired QC Data, an intelligent infrastructure services firm headquartered in Greenwood Village, Colorado.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
QC Data adds new capabilities as well as several new customers and geographies that are complementary to EN’s Utility business unit.

The firm has more than 200 employees across the United States, with managers averaging 25 years of industry experience. The firm brings a comprehensive portfolio including work programs for leading energy, utility, telecommunication, and engineering contracting organizations.
