Absorb Software, a Calgary, Alberta Canada-based learning company, acquired ePath Learning, a cloud-based learning technology company in Connecticut.
This marks the third acquisition of the year for the company, following the August 2019 purchase of eLogic Learning and Utah-based SaaS LMS provider Torch LMS last May.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
Led by CEO Mike Owens, the company offers Absorb Infuse, a Learning Experience Platform (LXP) offering an in-the-flow learning experience, and Absorb LMS, a Learning Management System for businesses, higher education, government and non-profit agencies around the world.
The company, which has 255 employees across eight international offices in London, Dublin, Shanghai, Sydney, Boston, Tampa and Salt Lake City, now serves more than 1,100 active customers.
It is in the portfolio of Silversmith Capital Partners.
