Wondr Gaming Acquires Rival.ai

wondr gamingWondr Gaming, a Toronto, Canada-based esports acquisition fund, acquired Rival.ai, an esports artificial intelligence integration company.

The amount of the deal was not disclosed.

The acquisition will enable Rival.ai to take its technology to the next level, grow revenues and become a leader in the space.

Led by James Mifsud and Bryan Yale, who will continue to serve as CEO and COO, respectively, Rival.ai is an esports artificial intelligence integration company that provides esports data and algorithms for betting lines to gaming platforms, as well as insights and toolsets for esports broadcasters and streamers.

Founded by esports and media executives Mike Cotton and Jon Dwyer, Wondr Gaming builds and acquires assets in the esports industry, with a focus on companies that operate on the esports periphery, are title agnostic, and can work with any team or title.
Vertical focuses include artificial intelligence, apparel, software, influence advocacy, tournament platforms, and gambling.
