LeaseQuery, an Atlanta, GA-based provider of purpose-built lease accounting software, raised $40m in Series A funding.
Goldman Sachs’ Merchant Banking Division made the investment.
The company intends to use the funds to continue to grow and expand its offerings for accountants.
Led by George Azih, CEO, LeaseQuery is one of the largest providers of purpose-built lease accounting software used by more than 10,000 accountants across public, private, nonprofit and government organizations to comply with the new lease accounting standards from FASB, IASB, and GASB.
The company, which recently opened a new office in Birmingham, Ala., also provides specialized consulting services.
