Glue Collaboration Completes €3.5M in Seed Financing

glueGlue Collaboration, a Helsinki, Finland-based provider of a virtual collaboration platform, completed its seed round of financing, raising a total of €3.5m.

The round was led by Maki.vc, with participation from Reaktor Innovations, Bragiel Brothers and Foobar Technologies. Business Finland, the Finnish funding agency for technology and innovation, and OP Bank also provided funding for the development of Glue.

The company intends to use the funds to continue to expand operations and its business reach.

Founded in 2017 by Santtu Parikka, CDO, and Juha Ruistola, CTO, and led by Jussi Havu, CEO, Glue is a cloud-based platform that facilitates virtual meetings between people around the world. Participants come together in a three-dimensional virtual space optimized for collaborative work.
The company has a 30-strong team of people, including software engineers, designers and business developers.
