Decibel, a London, UK-based provider of digital experience intelligence solutions, closed a $17m Series B funding.
The round was led by Draper Esprit, with participation from Series A investors Eight Road Ventures and John Simon, via his Ventureforgood investment entity.
In total, Decibel has raised $26m over two rounds.
The company intends to use the funds to take its experience-focused technology to the next level, as well as expand its presence across Europe and North America.
Led by Ben Harris, CEO and co-founder, Decibel provides a Digital Experience platform that captures and quantifies unique experience data, enriched by machine learning, to pinpoint problem areas on brands’ websites and apps.
The system quantifies the digital customer experience for more than 250 of the world’s largest brands spanning the retail, financial services, travel and hospitality and media industries, including LEGO, British Airways, Sony, Allstate and Toyota.
The company has a global team of 130 people across London, Boston, San Francisco, Denver, Madrid and Berlin.
