Centrical Raises $13M in Funding

Centrical LogoCentrical, formerly Known As GamEffective, a New York, and Ra’anana, Israel-based provider of a employee engagement and performance management platform, closed a $13m funding round.

The round, which brought total funding raised to date to $34m, was led by Aleph, with participation from Jerusalem Venture Partners, La Maison Compagnie d’investissment, and 2B Angels. In conjunction with the funding, Aaron Rosenson, an Equal Partner at Aleph, joined Centrical’s Board of Directors.

The company will use the funds to increase R&D activities, add to solutions, build strategic alliances, and expand its customer list.

Led by Gal Rimon, founder and CEO, Centrical provides an employee engagement and performance management platform combining learning, feedback, and gamification with deep IT integrations to allow companies to motivate employees to exceed their own KPIs. .
