Quake Global, Inc., a San Diego, CA-based provider of IoT automation and process optimization solutions, acquired Skynet Healthcare Technologies Inc., a technology company that provides RTLS solutions to the senior care market.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
With the acquisition, Quake Global expands its market reach. The combination of Quake Global’s RFID solution with Skynet’s multi-directional BLE solution creates a set of tools for institutions to manage complete process optimization and automation with real-time data intelligence for any aspect of every business. Their united technologies enable Quake to extend the reach of location beyond traditional walls and to expend the use of technology into surrounding areas.
