Link3D, a Boulder, Colo.-based provider of Additive MES workflow software, closed a $7m round of venture capital funding.
The round was led by AI Capital.
The company intends to use the funds to to scale and grow operations in North America, Europe, and Japan.
Led by Shane Fox, Co-Founder and CEO, Link3D offers Additive MES (Manufacturing execution systems) workflow software to allow organizations to scale their digital manufacturing strategy. The software can help bolster overall adoption of additive manufacturing, from prototyping to series production, in major industries, such as aerospace and defense, automotive, consumer, medical, and oil and gas.
The company will integrate its flagship product with IoT, artificial intelligence, and workflow automation technology to maximize production with capacity management, dynamic scheduling, and predictive QMS solutions.
