Kronos Incorporated, a Lowell, Mass.-based provider of HCM solutions acquired Optimum Solutions, Inc., a Nashville, Tenn.-based national provider of human capital management (HCM) services and solutions.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The acquisition will extend the reach of Kronos HCM solutions, including Workforce Ready and Workforce Dimensions HCM, to Optimum customers, which are concentrated in the manufacturing, healthcare, and retail industries.
Kronos will continue to support all acquired customers through a dedicated Optimum team.
Led by Bob Farnsworth, chief executive officer, Optimum provides human resources (HR), payroll, and timekeeping solutions to more than 600 organizations.
