Goodnight Midstream Receives Investment From Tailwater Capital

oil and gasGoodnight Midstream, a produced water midstream infrastructure company, received an investment from Tailwater Capital LLC, an energy-focused private equity firm based in Dallas.

As part of this deal, Tailwater has committed over $500 million of growth capital to support Goodnight’s strategic objectives and to allow the company to continue to expand its service offering for its blue-chip customer base.

Led by Patrick Walker, CEO and Co-Founder, Goodnight Midstream builds and operates midstream oilfield water infrastructure for oil and gas producers. The company owns and operates an extensive network of water gathering pipelines and saltwater disposal wells focused on gathering, transporting, and disposing of produced saltwater for its customers.
Goodnight Midstream operates in the most active basins in the United States with significant positions in the Permian Basin and the Bakken Formation as well as an expanding footprint in the Eagle Ford Shale.
The total platform now consists of 500 miles of produced water pipelines with 1.6 million barrels per day of throughput capacity.
