Duality Technologies, a Newark, New Jersey-based provider of Privacy-Enhancing Data Science Solutions based on Homomorphic Encryption, raised $16m in Series A funding round.
The round was led by Intel Capital with participation from Hearst Ventures and Team8.
The company intends to use the funds to continue developing its secure computing platform.
Co-founded by Professor Shafi Goldwasser; Prof. Vinod Vaikuntanathan, and Dr. Kurt Rohloff, along with with Dr. Alon Kaufman, CEO, and Ms. Rina Shainski, Chairwoman, Duality provides a platform that enables multiple parties to maximize data utility by collaborating on sensitive data while preserving privacy, in compliance with regulations.
The Duality SecurePlus™ platform combines advanced homomorphic encryption and data science, enabling organizations to derive insights without exposing their raw data.
