Vista Equity Endeavor Fund II was oversubscribed from a diverse group of limited partners.
Led by Rene Yang Stewart and Alan Cline, Vista Equity Partners is a U.S.-based firm which exclusively invests in enterprise software, data, and technology-enabled companies with $10 million to $30 million in annual recurring revenue, also contributing:
– professional expertise and multi-level support, and
– proven management techniques.
Companies have access to operational expertise through Vista’s 125-person consulting team committed to working with founders, executives, and management teams to grow and scale their businesses.
Vista has offices in Austin, Chicago, New York City, Oakland, and San Francisco.
The Endeavor platform now manages over $1.4 billion in assets and specializes in investment opportunities focused on scaling high-growth enterprise software companies.
