Smart Communications Acquires Intelledox

smart communicationsSmart Communications, a London and New York based cloud platform for enterprise customer communications, acquired Intelledox, a Dallas, Texas-based digital transformation software company.

The amount of the deal was not disclosed.

As a result of the acquisition, customers will be empowered to deliver interactive communications possible, throughout the entire customer lifecycle—from acquisition to servicing, and every interaction in between.

Led by James Brown, CEO, Smart Communications provides a cloud-based enterprise customer communications platform to more than 350 global brands.
The company offers a range of solutions including SmartCOMMTM, SmartCOMMTM for Salesforce, and SmartDXTM from offices located across North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific.
