OneTrust, an Atlanta, GA-based enterprise software company, closed a $200m Series A funding.
The round, led by Insight Partners, valued the company at $1.3 billion.
Led by CEO Kabir Barday, OneTrust provides a privacy, security and third-party risk technology platform for companies to comply with the CCPA, GDPR, ISO27001 and hundreds of the world’s privacy and security laws.
The company’s three primary offerings include:
– Privacy Management Software, which allows organizations to map and assess their data collection processes, respond to incidents, and automatically generate compliance reporting for any privacy law.
– PreferenceChoice, a consent and preference management software platform to help marketers provide transparency and choice in their customer engagement efforts.
– Vendorpedia, a Vendor and Third-party risk management software platform and vendor risk exchange to help security, risk, and procurement professionals know that their vendors are safe to do business with.
In three years, the company has scaled to serve more than 3,000 customers in over 100 countries with a team of 1,000 employees across 8 worldwide locations.
