GetAccept Raises $7M in Series A Funding

getacceptGetAccept, a San Francisco, CA-based provider of an all-in-one sales platform, raised $7m in Series A funding.

The round, which brings total financing raised to date to $9M, was led by DN Capital, with participation from BootstrapLabs, Y Combinator, Peter Sterky, etc. In addition to the funding, former CMO of Slack and Zendesk, Bill Macaitis, will join GetAccept’s Board of Directors.

The company intends to use the funds to scale sales and marketing, and accelerate product innovation for its document workflow solution for sales.

Founded 2015 by Swedish entrepreneurs Samir Smajic, Mathias Thulin, Jonas Blanck and Carl Carell, GetAccept provides a sales platform combining video, live chat, proposal design, document tracking and e-signature for sales, HR, customer success and development teams to track deal progress, prevent communication gaps and engage prospects throughout the buying process.
The platform integrates seamlessly into a company’s sales pipeline through technology partnerships with popular CRM and sales automation platforms including Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and more.
GetAccept serves more than 25 000 users in more than 2,000 different enterprises in more than 40 countries.

The company, which graduated in Y Combinator in 2016, has a team of 80 employees located in USA, Sweden, United Kingdom, France, Norway and Denmark.
