WorkSpan Raises $27M in Series B Round Funding

WorkSpan Ecosystem Cloud LogoWorkSpan, a Foster City, CA-based provider of an ecosystem cloud platform, raised $27M in Series B funding.

The round was led by Redline Capital with participation from Mayfield, as well as new investor M12 Ventures (previously known as Microsoft Ventures).

Led by Mayank Bawa, CEO and Co-Founder, WorkSpan has built an ecosystem cloud, which allows alliance and ecosystem leaders to build-with, market-with & sell-with their ecosystem partners in a single, secure, cloud-based network to grow business together.

The system makes it easy to work across partner types and partner tiers to grow ecosystem value by driving joint revenue, entering new markets, accelerating time-to-market, and innovating on new solutions to meet shared customer needs.
The company’s network of global enterprise customers includes SAP, Cisco, Microsoft, Accenture, VMware, NetApp, Nutanix, NTT Data, Lenovo, and others.

In addition, WorkSpan has also launched a collaboration with Microsoft enabling Microsoft Dynamics 365 customers to take advantage of its solutions.
