Payment Alliance International (PAI), a Lousville, Ky.-based leader in ATM portfolio management products and services, acquired Massachusetts-based ATM operator ISA-Ecash.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The acquisition adds 40 plus financial institution customers with 960 ATMs located throughout the Northeast to PAI’s existing nationwide network of more than 75,000 ATMs. It also encompasses ISA-Ecash’s ATM Manager Pro software offering, which makes it easier for ATM deployers to maintain total command of ATM and cash operations.
ATM Manager pro currently supports more than 270,000 ATMs across America.
ISA-Ecash employees are being retained in the company’s Norwood, Massachusetts offices.
Led by David Dove, chief executive officer, PAI is a provider of ATMs, offering ATM portfolio management products and services, including transaction processing, bank sponsorship, maintenance, cash in transit (CIT) servicing and PAI Reports, its portfolio management toolset for more than 75,000 ATMs.
Led by Jack O’Toole and Jim McGuire, ISA-Ecash is a full-service ATM management company which has delivered solutions to financial institutions, retailers and independent operators for more than 20 years, including ATM Manager Pro, an offering used to manage the effectiveness of 270,000 ATMs.
