Garmat USA, LLC, an Englewood, CO-based designer and manufacturer of paint booths, finishing solutions, and related accessories for the automotive collision repair and industrial end markets, received an investment from MPE Partners.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
MPE partnered in the transaction with entrepreneur and CEO, Johan Huwaert.
Founded in 1988, Garmat USA is a designer and manufacturer of highly engineered paint booths, finishing solutions, and related accessories for the automotive collision repair and industrial end markets.
The company serves its national, multi-site operator (“MSO”) customers and independent repair shops through a nationwide distributor network.
