CredSimple, a NYC-based cloud healthcare credential verification company, closed a $14m Series B financing.
The round was led by Questa Capital, with participation from existing investors Windham Venture Partners and Primary Ventures. In conjunction with the funding, Brad Sloan, Managing Director at Questa Capital, joined CredSimple’s board of directors.
The company intends to use the funds to enhance the customer experience with new products and services, accelerate sales, and expand its management team.
Founded in 2013 by Mike Simmons, Chief Executive Officer, CredSimple is a cloud-based healthcare credential verification company that serves a wide range of customers from start-ups to large integrated health plans, independent physician associations, telehealth companies, and other healthcare organizations that manage provider networks.
Its Credential Verification Cloud (CVC) platform enables healthcare organizations to address, manage and monitor their compliance needs around credentialing.
