Kodit.io, a Finnish proptech company that gives homeowners a way to quickly sell their homes, closed a €12M ($13.4M) funding round.
Backers included FJ Labs, Speedinvest, All Iron Ventures, and Adevinta (formerly Schibsted Marketplaces).
The company intends to use the funds for expansion in Europe, first in Paris, Barcelona and Warsaw.
Led by Kalle Salmi, CEO & Founder, Kodit.io is an iBuyer that uses machine learning and automation to offer home sellers fair cash offers for their properties within 24 hours. After purchase, the company renovates the properties to offer home buyers move-in ready and risk-free homes to buy.
In the market for less than two years, Kodit.io recently launched in Madrid, beyond Tallinn and six cities in Finland.
The startup previously raised €2M in seed funding.
