Kinteract Raises £1.25M in Funding

kinteractKinteract, a London, UK based edtech startup, raised £1.25m in funding.

Backers included Pembroke VCT (£500k) and Blackfinch Group (£750k).

The company intends to use the funds to launch in the UK and expand its presence in international markets.

Led by CEO Shehzad Najib, Kinteract provides schools with an interactive portable learning record and real-time report platform which advances learning and eases the feedback processes among teachers, students and parents.
The platform, currently used by over 80 schools globally, captures important moments in each child’s learning journey and allows teachers to create learning plans for individuals, encourages and fosters participation between parents, teachers and children through conversations, videos and pictures, highlights milestones, skills, competencies and achievements, and delivers real time visualisations and reports for teachers to predict progress and address potential issues early.
