Boardable Secures $1M in Seed Funding

boardableBoardable, an Indianapolis, IN-based nonprofit software company, raised $1m in seed funding.

The round was led by High Alpha Capital. In conjunction with the funding, Eric Tobias, partner at High Alpha, will join Boardable’s board of directors.

The company intends to use the funds to invest into talent, product, marketing, and sales, aiming to double full-time employees by the end of 2019.

Founded in 2017 and led by Jeb Banner, CEO, Boardable provides nonprofits with an online board management portal that centralizes communication, document storage, meeting planning, and everything involved with running a board of directors.
The company currently has more than 350 customers in more than 20 countries and eight full-time employees based in Indianapolis.
It had previously raised $1.35m through an early-stage friends and family investment round backed by many Indianapolis-area angel investors.
