Abacus Insights, a Boston, MA and NYC-based healthcare data integration company, raised $12.7m in Series A financing.
The round was led by CRV, with participation from existing investors, .406 Ventures and Echo Health Ventures.
The company intends to use the funds to drive expansion and grow its technology and product talent.
Led by Dr. Minal Patel, CEO and Founder, Abacus Insights provides a cloud-based data integration platform allowing health insurance companies to enhance consumers’ experiences, improve patients’ health, and lower the cost of care.
The company, which currently has 100 employees, is aggressively growing its team, seeking Engineering and Product talent in both New York City and Boston, MA.
