GoMeta Closes $6M Funding Round

gometaGoMeta, a San Diego, CA-based application and augmented reality (AR) experience building company, closed a $6M funding round.

The round was led by Bitkraft Esports Ventures with participation from Mark Pincus, Michael Eisner, Jonathan Terleski, and Mike Jones, among others.

The company intends to use the funds to continue to expand operations and its development efforts.

Founded in 2016 and led by Dmitry Shapiro, CEO, and Sean Thielen, CTO, GoMeta provides:
– Koji, which is in beta, to rapidly create applications, test them with real users, and deploy them across web, mobile, and desktop, and
– Metaverse, to create augmented reality experiences for iOS and Android, without writing code.
