Brodmann17 Raises $11M in Series A Funding

brodmann17Brodmann17, a Tel Aviv, Israel-based provider of vision-first technology for automated driving, raised $11M in Series A funding.

The round was led by OurCrowd, with participation from Maniv Mobility, AI Alliance, LLC, UL Ventures, Samsung NEXT, and Sony Innovation Fund.

The company intends to use the funds to expand partnerships and accelerate integration of its deep learning solution with customers.

Co-founded in 2016 by Adi Pinhas, Dr. Amir Alush, and Assaf Mushinsky, Brodmann17 is a provider of deep learning, vision-first perception technology platform for automated driving. The software stack is currently being tested by OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers worldwide.

The system detects and locates objects in real time allowing applications such as augmented reality, robotics, home security, smart cities, and autonomous vehicles.
