Equity Venture Partners (EVP), a Sydney, Australia-based venture capital manager has closed its second fund, at $35m.
The new fund, which builds on a long track record for the team, is earmarked for early stage investments in Australian business-to-business (B2B) software companies.
The vehicle has already made four investments, including Fusion Sport, Pendula, Uptick and Deputy.
Led by Howard Leibman, Les Szekely, Daniel Szekely and Justin Lipman, EVP invests in early stage software companies across Australia and New Zealand and has $60m under management.
The firm’s portfolio also includes Rezdy, Oneflare, Biteable, Outfit, Mad Paws, Practice Ignition, Practifi, Snooper, Fergus, and VendorPanel.
