SchoolAdmin Receives Investment from Quad Partners

edtechSchoolAdmin, an Austin, Texas-based provider of admissions and enrollment software for K-12 schools, received an investment from Quad Partners.

Equity for the investment will come from Quad Partners V LP, an education-focused private equity fund with $229 million of capital commitments raised in 2018.

The amount of the deal was not disclosed.

The company intends to use the funds to enhance its product offerings, further support the organizational development and continue to expand its reach.

Founded in 2009 and led by Nate Little, CEO, SchoolAdmin is a provider of admissions, enrollment and billing technology for K-12 schools. It works closely with over 400 customers.
