Lytics Raises $35M in Series C Funding

lyticsLytics, a Portland, Ore.-based Customer Data Platform for marketers, closed a $35m Series C funding round.

The round was led by JMI Equity, a growth equity firm focused on investing in software companies, with participation from current investors Comcast Ventures, Two Sigma Ventures, Rembrandt Venture Partners and Voyager Capital.

The company intends to use the funds to scale operations and expand its development efforts and business reach.

Led by James McDermott, CEO, Lytics provides a CDP solution for simplifying and optimizing strategic marketing initiatives. The platform brings value to corporate marketing departments by delivering data-driven insights marketers can use to effectively match people to the campaigns they are running.
Today, more than 175 enterprise brands including Nestlé, The Economist, AEG, Atlassian and 1-800 Contacts use it.
