WindRose Health Investors V, L.P., was over-subscribed and closed at its fundraising cap.
Led by Managing Partner Oliver T. Moses and Founding Partner Curtis S. Lane, WindRose Health Investors will continue its focus on investing in businesses that operate in the services sectors of healthcare.
The firm, which makes investments in companies throughout the United States, manages over $1.4 billion of capital.
Weil Gotshal & Manges LLP served as legal counsel in the fund formation of Fund V.
