Talentsoft Completes $50M Funding Round

Talentsoft logoTalentsoft, a Paris, France-based provider of learning and human capital management software, closed a $50m funding round.

The round was led by Francisco Partners with participation from existing investors Bpifrance and Goldman Sachs.

The company intends to use the funds to accelerate international development, invest in HR data management and employee experience innovations, pivot towards a platform open to external applications and strengthen its position as the European leader in HR tech.

Founded in France in 2007 and led by CEO Jean-Stéphane Arcis, Talentsoft provides cloud-based talent management and learning software to 2,000 clients and 9 million users across the world, and in 27 languages. Its digital platform offers a combination of core HR and HR analytics dashboards, and leverages the synergies between competency management, career paths, and learning opportunities.
The application covers core HR and the entire talent management cycle: recruiting, onboarding, performance, talent review, competencies development, learning and compensation.
Clients include EDF, Vinci, Lacoste, MaxMara, Toyota Europe, ST Microelectronics, Deutsche Bahn, Dorchester Collection hotels and National Bank of Belgium.
