Switchfly, LLC, a San Francisco, CA-based travel ecommerce platform, secured growth funding from Golub Capital and L Capital LLC.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed. As part of the deal, the board added chairman Bart Foster, co-founder and managing partner of specialty private equity firm L Capital LLC, and independent board member Jeff Kinder.
The company intends to use the funds to enhance its loyalty and dynamic packaging solutions, building a network of content and ancillaries in the marketplace for its customers, and drive additional innovation across its product portfolio, incorporating new technologies like machine learning and artificial intelligence into its offering.
