OutboundWorks, Inc., a San Francisco, CA-based automated sales development platform provider, acquired Maverick.ai, a provider of a B2B lead generation platform.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed. This is OutboundWorks’ second sales development technology acquisition this year as the company announced in February that it had acquired Hexa.ai.
With the acquisition, the company will leverage Maverick’s workflow and contact selection methodology to continue to improve metrics for our customers. OutboundWorks will retain the Maverick.ai team, led by Yaron Oren, Founder and CEO, along with its technology and data assets.
Oren has spent the last 20 years in the tech industry, 10 of which he was a sales and marketing leader and has built 4 businesses along the way. He holds an engineering degree from Cornell and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management.
