FloWater, a Denver, CO-based maker of new-tech water Refill Stations, raised $15m in Series B funding.
Bluewater, a Swedish provider of sustainable home, commercial and public water technologies and solutions, made the investment.
The company intends to use thefunds to accelerate growth.
Led by CEO and Co-Founder Rich Razgaitis, FloWater provides a sustainable drinking water solution for US companies to eliminate plastic water bottles they serve to their employees and customers.
The company is already working with Google, Red Bull, Airbnb, prAna, Oneill, Play Station, Specialized Bikes and Stance, as well as with thousands of hotels, gyms, schools, and concert venues in nearly 50 states.
Since its launch in 2013, it has eliminated the need for more than 100 million plastic water bottles.
