SignalFire to Raise Two New Venture Capital Funds

signalfireSignalFire, a San Francisco, CA-based venture capital firm, is raising two new funds.

According to two SEC regulatory documents, the two funds are:
SIGNALFIRE FUND III, L.P., a seed/small A fund, and
SIGNALFIRE BREAKOUT FUND II, L.P., a later stage fund.

The target amount of the two investment vehicles was not disclosed.

Led by Chris Farmer, Ilya Kirnos, SignalFire is a venture capital firm focusing on seed, small A and later stage rounds. It supports startups with:
– talent recruitment,
– business development,
– customer acquisition,
– educational & community events, and
– advice from entrepreneurs, product & engineering leaders in every key discipline and industry.

To date, the firm has invested in Auptix, ClassDojo, Frame.io, Rocksbox, Uber, SmartSpot, TextRecruit, Jyve, PropelPLM, Ledger Investing, ScopeAR, SafeGraph, Grabr, Grammarly, Hawthorne Effect, Osso VR, Juvo, OneSignal, Color Genomics, Lyric, EarnUp, Zendrive, Mapper.ai, Lime, AnchorFree, Ro, Stampli, Facerig, and PlanetScale, among others.

SignalFire’s Managing Directors are Walter Kortschak, Tony Huie, Wayne Hu, Yujin Chung, Laurent Parmentier, Mike Mangini, Adam Vogel, and Yuriy Groysman.
