ServiceTitan Secures $165M in Series D Funding

ServiceTitanServiceTitan, a Los Angeles, CA-based software provider for home services businesses, raised $165m in Series D funding.

The round – which post-money valued the company at $1.65 billion – was led by Index Ventures, with participation from Dragoneer and T. Rowe Price and existing investors Battery Ventures, Bessemer Venture Partners and ICONIQ Capital. In conjunction with the funding, Nina Achadjian from Index Ventures joined ServiceTitan’s board.

The company intends to use the funds to expand its reach to more home service businesses.

Founded in 2012 by Ara Mahdessian, CEO, and Vahe Kuzoyan, President, ServiceTitan is a mobile, cloud-based software platform that allows home services companies to streamline operations, improve customer service, and increase sales. Its solution includes CRM, intelligent dispatch, custom reporting, marketing automation, a mobile solution for field techs, and accounting integrations with Sage Intacct and QuickBooks.
The company currently has more than 2,500 customers which represent nearly 50,000 technicians on the road, across various home services verticals, including plumbing, air conditioning, electrical, garage door, and others, and more than 600 employees across Glendale and Atlanta.
