Partnerize Raises $9m in Additional Funding

PartnerizePartnerize, a Newcastle, UK-based provider of partner marketing software for global brands, raised $9M (£6.91m) in funding.

The round, which valued the company at $127M (£97.46m), was led by GP Bullhound.

The company intends o use the funds to expand its sales and marketing efforts and further develop a global partner ecosystem centered on the company’s SaaS partner management platform, with a small portion to be used for secondary purposes.

Founded in 2010 by Mal Cowley, CEO, Partnerize provides brands with a platform to build business partnerships for business growth. The Partnerize Partner Management Platform (PMP) is an end-to-end, SaaS-based solution for forming, managing, analyzing, and predicting the future results of partner marketing programs using artificial intelligence.

The company has over 200 employees in eight offices worldwide (Newcastle, San Francisco, London, Baltimore, New York, Sydney, Tokyo and Hamburg) and an ecosystem of more than 325,000 companies, including more than 300 leading global brands.
