Zylotech, a Cambridge, MA-based AI-driven customer analytics platform for marketers, secured a $5.5M funding round.
The round was led by Glasswing Ventures, with participation from Geekdom Fund, Revel Partners and Rubicon Ventures. In conjunction with the funding, Rudina Seseri, Founder and Managing Partner of Glasswing Ventures, joined Zylotech’s Board of Directors.
The company intends to use the funds to expand its sales, marketing and development efforts.
Led by Abhi Yadav, Founder and CEO, Zylotech enables marketers to engage their customers on a deeper and more personal level. Since its MIT spinout and launch in 2017, dozens of enterprises have used the platform for customer lifecycle automation, B2B account-based intelligence, customer ad-targeting, personalization, cross-selling and up-selling. After providing data unification, cleansing and enrichment, Zylotech uses prediction and recommendation engines to develop customer profiles for micro-segmentation, with rich integrations across all information platforms, including Salesforce, Shopify, Adobe, Magento, Eloqua, Marketo, and others.
