Skello Raises $6.9M in Funding

Skello, a Paris, France-based staff management platform for bars, restaurants and hotels, raised $6.9m in funding (approx. €6m).

Backers included Aglaé Ventures, XAnge, Jean-Baptiste Rudelle and existing investors Thomas Landais, Guillaume le Dieu de Ville and Gilles Blanchard.

The company intends to use the funds to expand to retail and healthcare sectors and geographically to other European countries.

Led by Quitterie Mathelin-Moreaux, CEO, Emmanuelle Fauchier-Magnan, COO, Samy Amar, CTO, and Thibault Desplats – Head of Development, Skello provides a SaaS based platform to enable bars, restaurants and hotels to manage and control shifts, communicate in real time with teams via email and SMS and process pay.

The company currently serves more than 1,200 clients.
