Perforce Software, a Minneapolis-based provider of enterprise-grade DevOps-focused software solutions, is to acquire Perfecto Mobile, a Burlington, Massachusetts-based provider of automated mobile and web application test software solutions.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed even if some media outlets fix it at approx. $200m.
Led by Eran Yaniv, Co-Founder and CEO, Perfecto provides a cloud based enterprise-grade mobile & web automation testing software platform through its globally accessible Continuous Quality Lab. The company serves large organizations in banking, retail, telecommunications, and insurance industries that need to accelerate their digital transformation.
The acquisition – which is expected to close this year – aims to increase Perforce’s software portfolio with additional capabilities for enterprise DevOps teams to achieve continuous testing at scale across web, mobile and IoT applications.
