Novii, a Costa Mesa, CA-based developer of new content blockchain software, announced it has raised a seed funding round of undisclosed amount.
The names of the backers were not disclosed.
The company is currently raising a Series A round for the technology buildout.
Led by David Cheng, Founder and CEO, and Tommy Ngo, Chief Product Officer, Novii is building a content blockchain platform designed to support an equal visibility scenario of published content across industries.
The tentative pilot prototype will launch at end the of 2018, with a fully developed protocol set for tentative release by years end 2019.
