Eden Capital Acquires Tour De Force

Eden Capital, a private equity firm focused on investments in sectors including software and business services, acquired Tour de Force, Inc., a Findlay, OH-based CRM software company.

The amount of the deal was not disclosed.

The company will join Eden’s sales force automation platform, Compass Sales Solutions, a sales force automation provider for the office technology industry.

Led by Matt Hartman, Founder, President and CEO, Tour de Force develops, sells, implements, and supports customer relationship management, sales force automation, business intelligence and business process optimization software solutions designed to help business-to-business sales organizations improve processes, from sales to support.
