Cube Wealth, an Indian financial planning startup, raised about $2m in Series A funding.
Backers included Beenext, Asuka Holding and 500 Startups.
The company intends to use the funds to grow sales in India, namely in Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata and Pune, and to Europe and Japan.
Led by founder and CEO Satyen Kothari, Cube Wealth provides users with tools and advice services to manage their finances, with the aim to save more money. The service brings expert advisors to users to set up a portfolio or select their own investments across diversified asset classes such as Liquid, MFs, Equities, P2P Lending, Gold via a mobile app.
