Aiva, a Los Angeles, CA-based voice-powered healthcare assistant, received an investment from Amazon’s Alexa Fund and the Google Assistant Investment Program.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The company will use the funds to continue to develop its solution to expand its offering.
Led by founder and CEO Sumeet Bhatia, Aiva is advancing a voice-powered healthcare assistant to speed response times and improve experience for users and caregivers alike.
The company understands requests and routes them to the most appropriate person, who manages their responses from a careteam mobile app. Aiva is a 2017 alumnus of the Cedars-Sinai Accelerator powered by Techstars.
