BridgePoint Financial Services, Inc., a Toronto, Canada-based provider of litigation financing solutions to plaintiffs and lawyers in Canada, received a $50m senior secured credit facility and a separate preferred equity investment, the value of which was not disclosed, from Northleaf Capital Partners.
Northleaf acted as the sole lead arranger to support the recapitalization of the company.

The partnership with Northleaf will allow BridgePoint to accelerate growth.
