Headlight Raises €1M in Funding Round

headlightHeadlight, a Copenhagen, Denmark-based startup that provides a personal development program for professionals, raised €1m in funding.

Founders, a startup studio, made the investment.

The company intends to use the funds to continue to expand operations (it is hiring in Copenhagen) and its business reach.

Co-founded by Simon Sylvest, Erik Algreen, and Oliver Bernhard, Headlight provides a business coaching platform offering three-month personal development programs in Copenhagen, Berlin, and Los Angeles.
The Program includes:
– the Studio Day, a full day event devoted to uncover the participant’s Hidden Curriculum with 6-10 likeminded people.
– two Facetime sessions with a trainer every month. Together, participants choose to approach work in a way that’s consistent with their vision.
– help to uncover competencies and resources and create a vision for the participant professional life.
– The Headlight app to stay on track.
