Fintros, a Toronto, Ontario, Canada-based anonymous robo-headhunter, received an investment from Barclays Bank.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The company joined the Techstars Accelerator program and opened its east-coast US Headquarters in Manhattan, New York.
Co-founded by Sloan Galler, Jonathan Garbe and Chris Ioannou, Fintros provides a Talent Acquisition Software platform, built anonymous-first, to enable strategic finance employers (banks, asset managers, Fortune 1000 companies and operating firms) to hire top passive talent, by:
- automating incoming career opportunities,
- taking action on their career curiosity, and
- overcoming career stagnation.
Candidates remain completely anonymous until they choose to accept an interview offer and reveal their identity.
